Refund Process
If you believe your project qualifies for a refund:
- Report the Issue: Email eli@eliombogo.com with specific details about what isn't working as specified
- 48-Hour Response: We will respond within 48 hours to acknowledge and discuss the issue
- Resolution Attempt: We will first attempt to fix the issue at no cost to you (typically resolved within 5-7 business days)
- Refund Decision: If we cannot resolve the issue to meet the proposal specifications, we will process a refund of your 50% deposit
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days via your original payment method
Partial Completion
If we have delivered some—but not all—of the specified deliverables, the refund will be prorated based on:
- Percentage of deliverables completed and working
- Value already delivered to your business
- Time and resources invested
